How do I start a return?
30 Day Returns
All items are available for return within 30 days of order fulfillment. To return an item you will need your order number and email associated with the order.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any of our items.
I ordered the wrong case size. Can I exchange it?
No, we don't offer exchanges. Please start a return and reorder the correct case size.
My order shows as delivered, but I didn't get my package
Please check with your neighbors and wait three business days after the delivery date for your package to arrive. If it hasn't shown up by then, please contact us here for a solution.
I received the wrong item

How long does shipping take?
Shipping & Delivery
Blunt Cases processes and fulfills orders within 3 business days.
- US Shipping: $5.99 or free for orders over $70. Delivery takes 3-4 business days.
- International Shipping: $9.99 USD or free for orders over $100 USD. Delivery takes 7-14 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we can't guarantee it can be canceled. Contact us to cancel your order.

Where is my refund?
Please allow 2-3 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's complete.
Do you offer express shipping?
No, we currently only offer standard delivery: 3-4 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 days for international orders.
Do you cover customs fees?
No, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.
