Visit our return center here to start a return. You will need your order number and email address associated with the order.
Any Items are eligible for return up to 30 days after the fulfillment date. The item must be sent back to our facility in new and unused condition. Visit our return center to start a return.
We do not offer any exchanges for our products. No exceptions. Instead, you can start a return at our return center and re-order the item you would like to exchange.
Please contact us by using the submission form below with your order number. We will cancel and fully refund the order if it has not yet been processed.

Once you have been approved for a return, the refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days after the item is received. The funds will then appear in your account in 10-15 business days, depending on your financial institution.
We are not liable for any packages lost in transit. If your package is lost, please contact us for assistance.
