Exchanges & FAQ
We offer returns for any orders that have been purchased within the past 30 days. The case must be sent back to our facility in new and unused condition.
We are currently not offering any exchanges for our cases.
Please contact us by using the submission form below with your order number. We will cancel and fully refund the order if it has not yet been processed.
If you receive a faulty case please contact us with your order number and pictures of the case at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you have been approved for a return the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. The funds will appear in your account after 10-15 business days depending on your financial institution.
